-For best results on an everyday basis of enhancing your life, put the Rainbow Light Lotus Flower in a room at least 6 feet away from you. The enchanted energy will fill any size room up to about 30 feet in width, but it will not pass through walls and the light from the Lotus Flower needs to be able to be seen even if from a distance. You can leave the light on for up to 12 hours as long as it is at least 6 feet away from you, with 9 feet away being an optimum distance for prolonged exposure to the magickal energy.
-If you have a specific need you wish to be magickally energized for, you should sit between 3-6 feet from the Lotus Flower. Do not sit closer than 2 feet as the magickal intensity will be too strong and over-stimulating to your energy centers.
-If you are using it for a specific need and sitting or standing in the 3-6 foot range, limit your exposure to the magickal energy at that distance to not more than 1 hour.
