Psilomelane is a mineral that takes enchantments very well, but is a stone most people, even mineral collectors and magickal practitioners, have never heard of due to its rarity.
 
It is a complex mineral of black hydrous manganese oxide with ranging amounts of the elements barium and potassium. It is sometimes separated into the varieties Hollandite and Romanechite, but more commonly just called Psilomelane.
 
We enchant several types of gemstones and minerals for the purpose of aiding the travel of your Night Self when your Day Self is sleeping, and once you awaken, to help your Day Self to have a greater understanding of what your Night Self saw and experienced. A common aspect of the gems and minerals enchanted for this purpose is that they will all have a distinct separation and repetition of dark and light colors.
 
Because your Night Self is not constrained by either distance or obstacles, and can literally go anywhere in the universe while you sleep, it can encounter and experience things your sleeping Day Self has trouble understanding or interpreting because they are so alien, and you have no reference to something similar in the world we live in.
 
Dreams are often the way your Day Self mind attempts to understand and interpret what you Night Self is seeing and experiencing. Wearing, or keeping near you while you sleep, any enchanted Day/Night Stone, makes it easier for you to remember and understand your dreams of Night Self travels and experiences, during the first few minutes after you awaken. The enchanted Psilomelane stone makes memory and interpretation even easier.
 
When you look at the Psilomelane stone, at first glance it will appear as just a black stone. Under a strong light or in sunlight you will be able to see the subtle light gray lines interspaced between the darker black lines. These are clearly seen in the picture for this listing, which was taken under a strong light.
 
This gentle transition in the mineral between dark and lighter colors lends itself to this enchantment to ease the ability for you to remember more vividly your Night Travel dreams and to understand more clearly exactly what your Night Self was seeing, hearing, and experiencing. 
 
This pendant was enchanted by three Adepts in a Celestine Light Circle of Power to enhance the dream connection between the travels of your Night Self and the understanding of your Day Self, and to soften the alienness of what the Night Self is seeing and experiencing, so the Day Self is better able to comprehend it.
