There are three primary types of amethyst spheres, each with distinct beauty and qualities. The most uniform are translucent purple spheres, often cut from large amethyst crystals. Some contain internal fracture planes that refract small but brilliant bands of rainbow light.
 
The third and most visually distinctive type is known as Chevron Amethyst, named for the angular white bands that form V-shaped or zigzag patterns across the deep purple stone. These chevrons are actually natural growth layers—periods during the crystal’s formation when white quartz, rather than amethyst, took shape along the crystal faces. When cut into spheres, these internal layers create mesmerizing patterns and contrast that draw the eye and awaken the spirit.
 
Though typically less translucent than other forms, Chevron Amethyst often holds intensely rich purple sections—ideal for spiritual work, especially in the dream realms.
 
Each of these enchanted Chevron Amethyst spheres has been ienchanted by three Adepts in a Celestine Light Circle of Power to support and enhance all forms of dreamwork.
 
To activate the sphere’s magick, hold it gently in both hands just before sleep. Rotate it slowly, allowing your gaze to drift across its shifting patterns. Pause to look deeply into the darkest amethyst sections as you speak aloud the kind of dreams you wish to experience—whether vivid, peaceful, lucid, prophetic, or free of nightmares. Then, place the sphere within three feet of where your head will rest. As you sleep, your intentions will be carried into the dreamworld, and the dreams you seek will begin to unfold.
